How it works

Fiona Murden is an award winning performance psychologist, best selling author and Mom of two girls (including a college athlete).

Over the past 20 years she has worked with thousands of leaders, CEOs, elite athletes and young people globally, to help them unlock their full potential.

Now she wants to help you do the same! For more on the backstory go here.

Created by psychologist Fiona Murden, this program uses proven tools trusted by elite athletes and leaders. What makes it truly groundbreaking is the use of movement-based learning.

Before and after your usual training sessions, you’ll get quick, focused lessons, similar to those shared by top coaches with their athletes. These bite-sized lessons teach you mental skills that you immediately practice during your workouts. Moving while you practice helps lock those skills into your mind and body more deeply.

This approach is revolutionary. Research shows that combining physical movement with learning boosts focus, memory, and skill mastery in ways traditional, sit-down learning doesn’t. And reflecting on your progress and getting support from peers makes the experience even more powerful as well as fun.

The program offers a fresh, science-backed way to build mental strength and perform at your best on and off the field.
