Our team is constantly growing. Alongside our core team we also collaborate with advisors and researchers from across disciplines.

Fiona is a psychologist and award-winning author For 25 years she’s profiled and worked with people across leadership, sport, medicine, the creative industries, and education, from CEOs and surgeons to young people just starting out. She founded Oka to apply this expertise to improving life outcomes and expanding access to opportunity for future generations.

Fiona Murden

Juna earned her M.D. at NYU and has a Master’s in Education from Harvard. She is certified in Stress Management and Resiliency Training for Adults and Youth by the Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Juna is a faculty member at the Juilliard School, where she teaches The Science of Resilience for Peak Performance & Happiness.

Izzi is a psychologist and coach, bringing strong expertise in behavioural assessment, psychometrics, and learning design.Through her work in behavioural science and digital learning, Izzi specialises in translating psychological research into practical tools that support insight, behaviour change, and meaningful learning at scale.

Bhavin is a Senior Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Alongside his clinical work, he has built and led mentoring and coaching initiatives across healthcare, shaped by first-hand experience of sustained pressure, performance demands, and workforce strain.
